FRED BERNS TO SPEAK IN DUBAI AT IFI CONFERENCE, AND “INDEX” TRADE SHOW

    
Fred Berns, a noted interior design industry business coach and speaker, has been selected to speak and serve as a master of ceremonies at the November conference of the International Federation of Interior Architects and Designers(IFI) in November in Dubai, U.A.E.

Berns, a sales and marketing specialist, will also be a featured speaker at INDEX, the Middle East’s largest interiors trade show, also in November in Dubai.

How design professionals can thrive, rather than merely survive these challenging times will be the topic of his presentation on Nov. 9 at the design congress of IFI http://www.ifiworld.org, an organization representing 70 member groups and 65,000 interior designers in 45 countries.

He will then serve as MC at the biannual event, which will include exhibitions, competitions, student workshops and master classes.

Berns will present two seminars on boosting sales in a down economy later in the week at INDEX http://www.indexexhibition.com/, an event which last year attracted 30,000 trade visitors and industry professionals from around the world.

Berns will offer personal coaching and mentor group sessions, and make his books and audio programs available at both the IFI and INDEX events.

His presentations at the November events will mark Berns’ second appearance in two years before design professionals assembled in Dubai. He spoke in 2008 to Middle East design professionals and industry partners attending the conference of the Association of Professional Interior Designers.
